1. Orders
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to place an order with Hello Deals.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. An order is not accepted by us until we confirm acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an error in the product information or pricing, payment cannot be processed, we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method, where reasonably practicable.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may not be processed until the next business day.

Unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy, products returned under a change-of-mind policy may need to be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable.
We may ask you to provide your order details, a description of the issue and photographs or video where reasonably necessary to help us assess the problem.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
Products damaged through misuse, improper assembly, abnormal use or failure to follow reasonable product or manufacturer instructions may not qualify for a remedy where the problem was caused by that conduct.
